No overnight camping/sleeping is allowed. Access if allowed for night fishing on the lake, so long as owners do not remain in park for extended period before or after fishing.
No glass containers are allowed. No littering ... we do not provide garbage receptacles. Please come prepared to take your trash with you when you leave.
Parked and/or unattended vehicles are not allowed on the boat ramp or along the immediate lake front area that are also used to launch boats and swim.
Swimming is at your own risk. No lifeguards are on duty. Parents should not leave unattended children swimming alone even in the shallow water.
Anyone causing a disturbance may be asked to leave the park.
Animals must be on a leash, not just in the park, but also on all public roads/area of the subdivision. This is not only part of our Restrictions, but it is a County Ordinance, enforceable even on private roads and parks.
No smoking is allowed in the park.
Grilling is allowed only during periods when we are not in a burn ban. This is a safety issue. Camp fires and bon fires are never allowed.
Owners should try and limit vehicles at the park to one vehicle per family, unless other arrangements have been made for large parties.
Owners must contact a member of the Board of Directors to schedule parties of 10 or more guests in the park. Parties of 10 or more will not be scheduled on holiday or community event weekends.
BCROA is not responsible for damage, theft, or injury. So, if you are going out on a boat, or at any time, take steps to protect your belongings. Most importantly, take steps to protect your families.
Please be mindful we have 103 BCROA owners. The park is for our owners and their guests – so long as the owner accompanies the guests. The park has multiple uses: picnicking, swimming and boating. Please be courteous and respectful of all owners and guests at the park so all may enjoy!
