Annual Dues Assessment notices are sent out in December and due January 1st of each year. Annual dues help pay for the roads within the subdivision that are not maintained by the county. Dues also allow the Association to maintain the park and boat launch and have boat docks available to residents. Property Owners are allowed to elect payment plans however they must be approved by the board in advance. We encourage you to reach out to the treasurer if this is something that you would like to take advantage of.

Financial reports are presented at the annual meeting of the members in August of each year.
Financials of the board are available upon request. Please submit your request by using the "Contact The Board" page. Annual Financial Reports can be found on the respective page.
